Not my favorite. Not bad, but doesn't taste like peaches anymore--i have to say, i took everyone's advice, used half brown sugar, half white, added some cinnamon and a little nutmeg, and it was ok--but it tasted more like a weak apple pie than peaches. i will try this again without all of everybody's input--but i think i'll use cornstarch instead of flour and cut out the butter. last time the pie was SOOOOO dry because all the flour took up every bit of the moisture!!! ALSO: i strongly suggest blind-baking the pie--it didn't say to do this, so i didn't, and other reviewers said they didn't do it and it came out fine--the bottom of my pie wasn't fully cooked so i wound up taking each slice and putting it upside down in a hot oven for a bit for it to get cooked and crispy. again, not bad, if you're looking for apple pie flavor, if not maybe try the recipe as it is written (even though i'm definitely recommending using cornstarch instead of flour--3Tb should do fine)
