Original Recipe Yield 3 peach halves
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can peach halves, drained
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Arrange peach halves, cut-side up in a shallow baking dish. In a small dish, stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
  3. Broil 3 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the topping is browned. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
