Perhaps I did something wrong. All of the cheese and spices burned while the inside of the bread was still raw. I don't think I'll try this again.

Shout out to you from Six Mile. (You know where that is.) Great recipe, and I went one step further. I rolled out the dough and and spread half the mixture on the dough. I also substituted olive oil for butter. Rolled dough jelly-roll style starting from long edge, and brushed tops with remainder of cheese mix. Great recipe!!

This is a great way to serve bread with your meal. Full of flavor. I use Rhodes frozen dough, it is easy to work with and close to homemade. Thanks!
