Parmesan Garlic Toast

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to make a thick paste. Spread Parmesan mixture onto slices of bread, and arrange on a baking sheet.
  3. Broil for 2 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted and bubbly.

I'm just going to stick with plain garlic and butter toast next time. This was just so bland. I think the mayo gave it a sort of pasty taste.

Absolutely delicious! Added some parsley flakes for color. Can't wait to make it again!

Yummy! I used minced garlic instead of powdered. I also cut back a bit on the Parm. cheese and added some monteray jack. Very good stuff!

I liked the bread a lot but I halved the recipe & made the paste but it really only covered 3 slices of bread. That was fine with me since it's just me & my husband but I'll have to double it for company! Quick & delicious!

i made this tonight using some left over hamburger buns. they were great!! they didn't even make it to the dining room table!!! i will definately make again and will share the recipe. thanks!!!

This was very good. My 11 year old son made this to go with our pasta dinner. It had a nice flavor that wasn't too strong.
