These were a neat little meal. I didn't understand the directions at all though. I made some homemade corn tortillas from this site and the recipe refried beans without the refry. So, I only had to get a rotisserie and chop a couple of vegetables. I would specifically get the "casera" salsa. it had a slight unique taste. I really liked it. I assumed the recipe was saying to fry the tortillas in some oil and then top with warmed beans and chicken, so that is what I did. I heated a little vegetable oil in a small pan, on medium, while chopping the vegetables. It was hot by then and I put the tortilla in it for about a minute. It didn't really get puffy, but it made it crunchier where it could be hand held.
