I couldn't help but give it 5 stars. I used this receipe as a base for 3 flounder fillets I bought. I just didn't want to waste an egg, so I poured some olive oil on a plate and put the fillets in it seasoned with lemon/pepper and salt, flipped it over and did same thing. i then put the fillets in a dish with seasoned panko crumbs and fresh parsley and coated them really well. Added olive oil and some butter to a cast iron pan and cooked the fish for 3 minutes on each side until medium/dark brown and voila. Delicious! The coating was to die for!
