This luscious filling is poured into an unbaked pie crust and slipped into the oven to let all the flavors mingle until the pie sets. Serve when cool with a scoop of lemon sorbet.

The filling is poured into a prepared crust and baked for an hour. There 's enough filling for two sweet and delicious pies.
