Paleo Miracle-Whipped Dressing

Recipe by

"This is the perfect homemade Miracle Whip® copycat free of soy, gluten, and preservatives. This recipe makes a small batch because it will only keep for about a week in the refrigerator, and we don't use enough to need anymore than that at a time. It is easily doubled, if you need a larger batch. Made as directed, this recipe is paleo-diet friendly, soy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, corn-free, and dairy-free. Enjoy! Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days."

Footnotes

  • Cook's Note:
  • I use a Vitamix® blender for my dressing, but I am very careful not to blend at too high of a speed so I don't cook the egg. I like to wrap an athletic ice pack around the base of my blender container to help keep it cool.
  • Editor's Note:
  • This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and the infirm do not consume raw eggs. Learn more about egg safety from our article, Making Your Eggs Safe.
