Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 pounds catfish fillets
  • 1 cup crushed POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and seasoning; coat fish. Coat fish with combined crushed corn flakes and cheese.
  2. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
