I loved this recipe because of all the different flavors mixed together. I would definately use less orzo next time, about half and just add more if you like.

I changed the recipe quite a bit (didn't have Orzo, so I made a side of risotto instead) but the basic recipe with the chicken, artichoke hearts and spinach was fantastic! Good combo of flavors, colors and textures. The pine nuts was an inspired addition.

This recipe turned out very good - it had much more flavor than I'd anticipated. Since all I had on hand was marinated artichoke hearts, I drained them and used in place of plain artichoke hearts. I also used less pasta than the recipe called for. We will definitly have this for dinner again.

This was a very delightful recipe. We had a difficult time finding ORZO but once we did I would not cook it with anything else. All of the ingredients mixed well with eachother - the artichokes, spinach, chicken, orzo, panchetta, and pine nuts combined together was sooooo tasty! For next time I think I will include a little more pine nuts and panchetta. Be careful not to overcook the orzo because it is liable to fall apart very easily.

This was tasty and easy. Way too much orzo though. Cut that in half. This recipe makes more than 4 servings.
