Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oranges, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving. May be frozen for up to 1 month.

I used homemade yogurt so it was not too sweet. Think I would like it better if I used store...

I had this recipe and I really liked it. On a hot day, I bet it would be even better frozen.
