Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Directions

  1. Bring the orange juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume, about 30 minutes.
