Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds Canadian bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
