This cake is awesome. I had it for breakfast with some coffee and it was bliss.

An awesome, fresh and tasty recipe! Thanks a lot! I've got totally addicted to this cake, and so did my family! I made a lil change to the original recipe, by changing the amount of water for more orange juice.

Great tasting cake. I used 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate (no water) and also the grated orange peel. Used a thin cream cheese icing. Will make again.

I did this just a touch differently after reading all of the reviews. first I use 2 1/2 cups cake flour (high altitude makes me add a couple tbs for each cup anyway) I used 3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed) and skipped the water and the zests. I don't have a tube pan, so baked it in a bundt pan (greased and floured) for 50 minutes...I didn't use the icing, I made orange glaze from another recipe on this site, poured some over the cake, topped it with mandarin orange slices, and poured the rest of the glaze over the oranges.... It was heavenly light, moist and great orange taste. We had guests over, and the entire cake disappeared. Thank you for posting the recipe :D

Fantastic recipe!!!I also used all orange juice instead of water. Perfection! Covered with an egg white frosting. Would be wonderful with just whipped cream and fruit of your choice.

Yummy cake! The frosting was not good at all though. Sorry!! Maybe we'll try a different glaze with this cake and the pineapples again. ;)

I just made this cake - YUM! I used pineapple juice instead of orange, and omitted the water and just used 3/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate. It turned out really yummy - I didn't even think frosting of any kind was necessary. It wasn't as light and fluffy as I had hoped but it was still delicious!

I loved this recipe and so did my family it was so light and moist, i did follow other tips on adding extra orange juice instead of water and i'm glad i did!!! I did not use the icing as the cake tasted great without it. I will definitely use this recipe again!!! Thank you for sharing:)

I made this for my sons's birthday. I changed it to make it gluten free. I used a flour I made myself that was 2 parts coconut flour, 1 part corn startch. I also used 3/4 cups orange juice as others had suggested. Other than that I followed the directions eactly and the cake was moist and deliscious. I will definately make it again
