skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
red pepper flakes
orange, zested and juiced
cooked brown rice
I added artichoke hearts and thickened with corn starch. This is an awesome recipe!!
Served it on rice noodles. Will make more sauce next time and will thicken with corn starch
Instead of rice I served this over Spaetzle. This is awesome! Totally recommend it!
We liked it, added a little bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce and some mushrooms and zucchini just because I have an abundance right now. I may cut the pepper flakes in the future for the little one, but it was good for the hubby and I.
I thought it was very tasty. Rest of family was not fond of the orange flavor.
