  1. PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Grease or paper-line 18 muffin cups.
  2. COMBINE baking mix, flour and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, yogurt, juice and orange peel; stir just until blended. Stir in 1 1/3 cups morsels. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Sprinkle with nuts.
  3. BAKE for 18 to 22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool slightly.
  4. MICROWAVE remaining morsels in small, heavy-duty plastic bag on MEDIUM-HIGH (70 percent) power for 1 minute; knead. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over muffins. Serve warm.

These muffins were just OK. As I suspected it might, the baking mix (I used Bisquick) makes a pretty heavy muffin. The batter was REALLY thick, heavy, and sticky making it hard to fill the muffin cups. The cooked texture of the muffins is more like a biscuit than a cake. The flavor is light, even though I used a 6 oz. container of orange yogurt rather than plain. Overall, they were good for breakfast, but I may not make them often. If you aren't looking for a really fruity flavor, and don't mind a heavy, basic muffin, they are OK.

I thought these were good, but not great by any means. A little on the dry side, and the "white morsels" I used basically disinegrated during baking leaving little empty pockets in the muffins. I probably would not make these again.

Had high hopes for special holiday brunch but very disappointed. Made according to recipe and entire bottom of nearly every muffin burned. Taste was great but the burnt bottom was a turn off.

These were very bland and heavy. I also used the orange yogurt and tried mini chocolate chips instead of the white. I won't make them again.
