Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Directions

  1. Mix together the vanilla wafers, coconut, 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, and frozen orange juice.
  2. Mold into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioners' sugar. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
