Next time I think I'll decrease the Worcestershire sauce. I added a little extra olive oil because the bread seemed too dry. I used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella because that is what I had on hand.

Very good...but I substituted the lunch meat for leftover turkey from thanksgiving last year (I made last year not recently) ...It was very good for that.

I teach a high school Culinary Arts class and we made a version of this recipe at school and the kids went crazy over it. We did change a bit of the recipe. Rather than using Worcestershire we used, double the amount, Teriyaki sauce and added some cornstarch and water to make more of a sauce to put on the deli buns. Fabulous!!!

We added some roasted red peppers in the saute. I really liked this and it was pretty lite.

I toasted wheat bread. Then added the mixture, turkey, chesse, and bacon. I then put it under the broiler for a few minutes. I added some tomato afterwards. The end result was good. It was nice not adding mustard or mayo. If I make again I think I will leave out the parsley. Thanks for posting.

This did nothing for me. I did use less lemon because of the other review and it still seemed too much. It was odd all the way around in the flavor dept. No one had seconds.

Just not my taste. I think the lemon juice adds an interesting curve into the mix. I love the onions, garlic cooked in the oil and the worcestershire and pepper. I think this would be a good one to play around with with using those as the base. Maybe a dijon mustard addition in place of the lemon juice and possibly changing the italian seasoning to something else. Thank you for sharing this, it's just not for me.
