Olive and Goat Cheese Crostini

  1. Spread baguette slices onto a large baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 to10 minutes until lightly toasted. Set aside.
  2. Combine goat cheese, olives and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Spread mixture on top of each crostini. Garnish with a light dusting of paprika just before serving.

Very good. I think that cream cheese instead of goat cheese will taste great too!

I liked this recipe because it was extremely simple to make as well as easy AND it tasted good. Next time, I think I will brush the bread with olive oil before baking and maybe add a little garlic. The taste is good and simple but I think it could be jazzed up a tad.
