I didn't realize it, but this is the exact same recipe I've been using for years. I've tried many many pancake recipes and this one is far and away the best one. I usually add a couple drops of vanilla extract to the batter and they always turn out great.

My sister had a rough night last night and I decided I would wake her up with some pancakes, we were out of box so I looked these up and my sister and I both agree, these are the best pancakes we have ever had, they were fluffy and filling, except we decided to add some chocolate chips to the mix. Still delicious, great recipe!

This recipe was really good. But I had to add more sugar, and I think if I hadn't they would be kind of blah. Other than that, they were great!

This was just awful. Waaaaay too salty! My son refused to eat it and said it was too "spicy." I think he means salty. A total waste of time. I'm sure I could make some adjustments if I attempt this in the future - like no salt and more sugar or something.

I love this recipe. They turned out really great, light and fluffy. My one year old ate it with no fuss. The only change I made was to cut the salt by half since I thought one tsp was too much. I also added about a 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and cinnamon and a little nutmeg. Yummy!!!
