You can whip this pie up in minutes and no one will know it was that easy. Make your favorite instant pudding mix and fold in oodles of whipped topping. That 's it. Spoon into a graham cracker crust, chill and decorate with white chocolate shavings.

As is, this recipe makes a wonderfully rich meringue-topped pie. You can, however, quickly convert this recipe into one for a great chocolate coconut cream pie if you also use unsweetened coconut powder for the custard.

The secret to this decadent, rich cream pie is that you 'll have to beat the ingredients into a froth, so use a blender. Half-and-half, whipping cream, butter, sugar, and an egg are whirred until smooth and perfectly combined. The filling is then poured into a pie shell, given a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, and baked until set.

This rich caramel custard pie is a classic favorite. The secret is to make the caramel in a cast iron skillet! Serve it with lightly sweetened whipped cream if you like.

Nothing is more simple than this creamy coconut-filled pie. The cream filling is cooked, the coconut is stirred in, and then the wonderful concoction is poured into a baked pie shell and chilled for a few hours.

To make this classic pie, simply bake the pie shell, whip up the dreamy chocolate cream filling, pour it into the shell, and chill. Serve with great dollops of whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

This recipe has been a favorite of mine and my family for over 50 years. The meringue topping with the butterscotch filling makes for a very rich dessert, eat it warm.
