Ok, ok, I changed it but I read the reviews and I combined what all the reviewers said. I added 2 Tbsp minced garlic and 1/2 chopped onion to the oil and sauteed with the chicken breast. Then I added the rest of the ingredients (but used 4 C cooked rice because I can't seem to make less than that)including the mushrooms and sour cream, along with 1/2 tsp dried cilantro, and 1 tsp cumin powder, a can of Progresso black bean soup (which I thought was a can of black beans until I pulled the top off) and a can of drained corn. I spooned it into a casserole and topped with the shredded cheese and baked until warmed through 15-20 minutes. I have to say it was really good! I have no idea what the first version tastes like so don't listen to me when you try this. I thought I would give you a little insight on what I did. Maybe you try it plain or with the additions, either way I'm sure it would be good. Let me know what you did!
