Nuvvu Podi (Sesame Seed Powder)

By: SUSMITA
"This is my favourite podi (powder). 'Nuvvu' is the Telugu word for 'til' or 'sesame seeds.' This powder is great eaten with rice. It also adds a lovely flavor when sprinkled into Andhra kooras (sabjis)."
