I wanted soooo much to love (or even like) this recipe. I hate making pie shells and thought this would be the perfect solution. It was easy, even my 3 year old had a blast pressing it into the pie plate with me but the end result left much to be desired. It is very crumbly, not at all flaky in my opion and tastes like, well, oil and flour. I will keep this recipe for those times when I need a quick pie shell but would not use this to serve to guests - EVER.
