frozen turkey sausage, thawed
1 (4.5 ounce) jar
dried oregano leaves
1 (10 ounce) package
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1/2 cups
shredded Swiss cheese*
1 1/4 cups
pancake mix with buttermilk

This was a great dish! It was easy and fast, just what I needed. I didn't put in the veggies I knew my kids wouldn't eat it. I will make this again and tell friends about it!!
