Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 10-inch, 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  2. BEAT cream cheese and eggs in large mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in cake mix alternately with milk. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thick). Remove 2 cups batter and place in separate bowl; stir in chocolate Nesquik. Remove 2 more cups white cake batter and place in separate bowl; stir in strawberry Nesquik.
  3. SPOON strawberry batter into prepared pan; tap pan on counter lightly. Spoon white batter over strawberry batter covering it completely, and then spoon chocolate batter over white batter.
  4. BAKE on center oven rack for 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 45 minutes. Loosen edges with butter knife if needed; invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

This is a moist, easy to make dessert that is so pretty, it could be the table centerpiece!

it's a little bit of work... but it's worth it! the stripes look beautiful! the chocolate stripe isn't that rich, so it may be more useful to use baking cocoa to get more a chocolatey flavor.

I've been making this cake for 25yr & it's always been my kids favorite, now my grandchildren are asking for it.

This cake is as good as it looks.........makes a great bridal shower cake or birthday cake.....easy to transport, and not messy to eat.

This was very moist, easy to make, and it came out looking impressive. However, my guests weren't raving over it. I would make again if I were looking for a piece of cake to ACCOMPANY something, such as ice cream sundaes or with fruit and such. Tasted great - just not monumental!

I've been making this cake for years! I absolutely love it! Very easy and quick to make. I always add a bit more chocolate to it though.

Moist, yummy, easy and a great presentation! I drizzled the cake with a bit of chocolate glaze and then dusted it with some powdered sugar. This recipe is a KEEPER!!!!!
