I'm primarily rating the crunchy topping and veggies bc I changed the marinade/dressing quite a bit (as I had different oils/vinegars on hand and I wanted to avoid the sugar for dietary reasons. So, I omitted the sugar, added chili powder, used sesame oil in lieu of veggie oil and rice vinegar and lime in lieu of cider vinegar.The crunchy topping is a great topping to any salad, cooked collared beans, spinach, sprouts, etc..
