Just finished this and I did read all the reviews. It was easy to make and sauted mushrooms in olive oil, used Italian breadcrumbs and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. Also used non-stick spray instead of butter. It was excellent and is really easy to tweak to your taste. Just remember if you double the recipe, it is important to not put it all into a deep dish. You need the shorter pans to ensure they cook correctly. I will make this again! Only downside was NO leftovers.
