Money Rub

Recipe by

"This goes very well on many different meats. Summer is coming. I know those BBQ pits are going to be busy. I know mine is! Try it out; you won't be disappointed. Give me a rating and let me know what I can change if I need to. Let me know how it went! Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place."

This is what I have been searching for in a dry rub. Thank you for posting it. Excellent favors.

I used this rub on a pork shoulder roast. Had to multiply the ingredients exponentially because it was a 9 pound roast but it was delicious. The beauty is that the base is perfect by itself but you can add to it whatever you like to make it your own.
