Delicious but it's an art. I added 1 tsp of vanilla and used 1/2 c white sugar and 1/2 c packed brown sugar for more flavor. Looking at the instruction video, their syrup was thinner than mine but maybe it's because I used half brown sugar. I don't know what I need to do to get the consistency thinner. I took it off the stove at 300 degrees.
With my first batch I added more nuts as recommended by a few posters (don't do that)and it came out like a Payday candy bar. 1 cup, as called for in the recipe, was more than enough.
It didn't fill my cookie sheet as in the video. I warmed the cookie sheet prior to dumping the mixture but it still was difficult to spread out.
All in all, with the added vanilla and brown sugar, it was absolutely delicious.
