Ingredients

  • 8 Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Spread evenly onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
