this recipe was great. i added a little salt and pepper to the rice while cooking. the liquid seemed to be a bit much, but actually it was just the right amount. it added moisture to the rest of the dish. i also added about a tbsp of butter to the rice after it was cooked, but before i mixed in the rest of the ingredients. i didn't have any coriander, so i used 1 tsp tarragon leaves and 1 tsp of sage. i also added a little curry powder to the turkey while cooking it (as suggested by others, since it has the coriander in it), and it definitely made it taste great. i only used parsley, no cilantro, and it was a large handful rather than the whole bunch. i felt it was plenty. overall, it was tasty, healthy and even my hubby, who doesn't like rice, ate it up. will definitely make again.
