i made this receipe a little healthier and it came out excellent! i replaced the margarine with apple sauce, i used a cup and a half brown sugar instead of 2 cups, i used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup white flour, and replaced the 3 eggs with mashed banana. also, i added some pecans in between the layers. it turned out great. the peanut butter taste is not too strong (which i liked, and i think my husband will like it, too.)
