Mexicans have been enjoying a cold beer mixed with tomato juice and seasonings for years. Here's a yummy variant made with tomato and clam juice cocktail, lemon juice, and a dash of hot sauce, meant to cool you off on a hot day.

My friends and I came up with this drink about four years ago. We have had it at every party or BBQ ever since. A glass of beer is spiked with whiskey, then topped with grenadine.

It gets cold here in Nova Scotia in the winter and we love our beer, so put a little heat to a cool drink to warm you up for that walk home from the bar.

This drink is actually considered a shooter, meaning don't hold back, guzzle it down. Amaretto and 151 proof rum are set on fire and dropped into a glass of beer.

A cocktail made from Mexican beer, gin and lemon juice. The ingredients complement each other: the beer smooths the gin, and the gin/lemon de-fizzes the beer.

This is a drink that you can order at any bar in France. It's a little sweet and has a pretty color; I don't like beer, but I like this drink. I use about 1/4 teaspoon grenadine, but use less or more depending on how sweet you would like your drink.
