Such a great salad! Based on what I had on hand, I skipped the cannellini beans & substituted canned corn. I did as other reviews suggested and halved the oil, vinegar, & sugar. The frozen corn would probably be a bit better, even so this was totally delicious! A great dish to bring to a potluck.

This is my new go-to recipe for potlucks. My family requests it! This is also very good with canned tomatoes, cooked grains, etc. Very versatile.

This is soo good.I make some change. If you like some kick food or salad put little red peppers flakes or 1 jalapeno pepper/chopped with seed/. This was hit with spoon of sour cream at top.Try it so delicious.

I like it hot! I double the beans, and add a couple of fresh jalapenos, maybe a habanero or two, and substitute vidalia onion for the red onion.

This was a really good dressing. I did not have all the beans listed in the recipe so substituted garbanzos. I also substituted quinoa for the corn since I had no corn in the house. But no matter, it was very good and I will make it again.

Delicious and fast to make. I had less than 2 hours to make this and be out the door! I was missing some ingredients so I used white vinegar, 1 white vidalia onion and no lemon juice. This was still delicious. With so many great home cook dishes at the party, I was worried people would not like it. It was a big hit, thank you :)

I made this recipe exactly as stated, except I omitted the cilantro cause I HATE cilantro. It was delicious! Don't reduce the oil, vineger, salt or sugar. It's perfect as-is. I think if it's too oily, they are using the wrong kind of olive oil or something. I made this to take to a BBQ this weekend and made it in advance (as one of the other users suggested) so the flavors will have time to meld together.
