I'm a terrible cook, but even I couldn't mess this one up, it turned out wonderful. I recommend buying quality Mahi-Mahi and this recipe will shine!

I used halibut. As the fillets were large, I cut them into lengthwise fingers. This allowed the fingers to bake evenly, and the serving portions were already measured out. So quick and easy to put together, and a totally different way of serving fish. I thought it was truly a gormet dish, it was WONDERFUL! We will probably eat this every week!

This was an excellent fish recipe. My kids loved it and even had a second helping. Next time I will try it with Halibut as the cod is a bit more fishy tasting.

This was a HUGE success when I made it for friends! I used halibut instead of cod, spendy but worth it to not have to sit picking out bones. Even friends who don't care for fish were clamouring for seconds!
