I used halibut. As the fillets were large, I cut them into lengthwise fingers. This allowed the fingers to bake evenly, and the serving portions were already measured out. So quick and easy to put together, and a totally different way of serving fish.
I thought it was truly a gormet dish, it was WONDERFUL! We will probably eat this every week!
