Mediterranean Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

This was great! Used it as a dip for crackers, but could be used on chicken or fish.
