"Greek-inspired, this is for leek and lemon lovers everywhere. A tasty, full-of-flavor side to accompany a myriad of main dishes. Complements fried and/or grilled fish to a 'T.' Can use some of the tender green parts if necessary."

This was a very nice side dish. So simple and yet, lots of flavor. I will definitely be making this one again.
Lovely recipe. I had 4 smaller leeks and it came up 1lb. It was a little sour for me so I added just a touch of agave. My teenage boys even liked it. Thanks Don for another keeper!
Loved this simple recipe. It was hard to determine how many pounds of leeks to buy to get 2-lbs. of whites. I didn't buy enough, so I just made a half a batch. I really enjoyed the subtle taste of the fresh lemon in this recipe. Thanks, Don for sharing your recipe.
I really like leeks so I was prepared to like this dish, but Holy Cow! This is really, really good and so simple. Bueno! Mucho gracias, Don
A favorite for me!
Delicious!! Used stevia instead of sugar and didn't add salt but followed rest of recipe. Was quick, easy and tasted great!!
I really didn't think this would be so tasty. I was very surprised that it was so good! We ate it with teriyaki chicken and rice. Will make this again for sure!
