al fresco® fully cooked Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
extra-virgin olive oil
dried apricots, finely chopped
cooked long-grain white rice
fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
chopped fresh parsley
plain non-fat Greek-style yogurt
chopped fresh basil
ground black pepper
red European-variety seedless grapes, quartered
My family, personally, did not care for this recipe. We found that the cup of Greek yogurt was a bit much - we needed to thin the dish with more chicken broth. It also just didn't seem overly flavorful. This is just my personal recommendation but I know we won't be having it in our house again. Hope you have better luck!
