  1. Place chicken in an even layer in Reynolds Handi-Vac Vacuum Freezer Bag. Mix seasoning and olive oil in a small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken; squeeze freezer bag to coat both sides of chicken. Arrange chicken in an even layer with food touching the textured layer inside the bag. Seal bag.
  2. Vacuum bag with Vacuum Sealer until bag tightens around chicken. Freeze immediately. When ready to cook, defrost completely in refrigerator.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 13x9x2-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Release® Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food.
  4. Place defrosted chicken in foil-lined pan. Top with artichokes hearts, tomato and olives.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done. If desired, top with feta cheese before serving.

This recipe was so easy and delicious! I just tossed everything in a casserole dish and covered it with foil since I didn't have the cooking bags. I also used regular black olives instead of the Kalamata olives since that was what I had on hand. It tasted amazing and it was so easy. This is my new favorite recipe.

this is really good! I didn't do the vacuum seal thing, but i did cook in the oven with the foil (less cleaning!). I stuffed some of the feta and artichokes in the chicken and drizzled some greek salad dressing on top too, so good!!

I made this recipe without using the vaccum seal bags. I just marinated the chicken for a couple of hours in a plastic bag. I left the olives off my husbands portion and without the olives it lacked zip. He missed out! I would make this again!
