Chocolate, macadamia nuts, Irish cream liqueur, butter, sugar and eggs are stirred together, poured into a pie shell and baked for 1 1/2 hours. It 's enough time to call a few friends over for a delicious treat.

Gooey, sweet and wonderful, this oatmeal pie is hard to resist. Sugar, eggs, butter, cornstarch and oatmeal are combined, poured into a pie crust and topped with luscious, white coconut. Bake, cool and serve this mock-pecan pie with whipped cream.

All the ingredients - milk, sugar, eggs, shredded coconut, Bisquick, vanilla and butter - are simply stirred up in one bowl and, amazingly, this mixture forms it 's own crust while baking.

Sweet and just a little tart, these cookies are a lovely little treat. For best results do not bake these cookies in hot and humid weather and be sure to line baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent these cookies from sticking.
