Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish combine Marsala wine, honey and garlic.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

I cooked with the marinade and it worked perfectly when I doubled the amount of ingredients.
