1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup golden raisin and cherry dried fruit mix
Made, as is... was very good. Added coconut and rice crispies... was GREAT!
These were just delicious. My family just loved these cookies.Thank You for such a winner!

Excellent cookies...I didn't have any brandy so I used the same amount of Orange Juice in it's place and twice the amount of Baking Powder in place of the baking soda. Will definetly make again!!!!!!

I really loved this twist on the chocolate chip cookie! The cookies have a nice texture and they're very sweet, just how I like 'em. I wanted to try this recipe to use up leftover glace mix from Christmas and it worked great.
