ok, like this really needed another large thumbs up. that being said..it is what it is...5 stars! i used fresh heirloom maters, elephant garlic, shallots and variaged basil. added a pinch of salt and honey. it marinated @ 10 hours. i pan fried this until shrimp turned pink. maybe 20 miuntes started from a large cold pan, mh. raining like crazy outside, no grilling. i used large shrimp. an excellent recipe that can beadapted to personal tastes as long as you follow the the sweet/heat diameters. i used an immersion blender in a short -sided glass bowl...don't use a short-sided bowl, believe me :)
