Great! Made double the sauce too. Added mushrooms and onions.

So many positive reviews on this so I was excited to try it and what a bummer. It tasted like a barbeque sauce....and a weak sauce at that. I think a store bought sauce would have been better. I won't make this again.

These were great! I doubled the recipe for 6 chops and added a tablespoon more brown sugar to make the sauce a little thicker. Cover&cook for 30 minutes, strain pan, flip over chops, brush marinade all over them, cook uncovered for 25 min, and broil the last 5 minutes. PERFECT. I also make the marinade when I buy the chops, freeze it WITH the chops, in the same ziploc bag. Just put it in the fridge to defrost over night and bam, marinated pork chops.

This recipe is so easy and tastes great! I only made 3 pork chops and had just enough marinade for them, so if you make 6 pork chops you will need to double the marinade. For the last 30 minutes, I covered the dish with tin foil and the pork chops came out so very tender!

Excellent with these changes. For the sauce, use 1 tbsp of lemon juice and only 1 tbsp of oil per batch of sauce. Make 1 batch of sauce for every 2 pork chops. Marinate for at least an hour and reserve some sauce for basting. I only had to cook my 1 inch pork chops for 30 minutes covered, then 5 minutes in the broiler. They could have possibly even cooked slightly less and finished cooking while resting. Thanks for the recipe! Will definitely use again!

Everyone really enjoyed this recipe and I stuck to it, no changes. Only thing is I was told next time I'm to make more sauce so they can put it over their rice.

I made only small pork chops, the sauce and the pork chops were great. My only recommendation would be to reduce the cooking time of the pork chops if the pork chops are small and thin. I wish i would have cooked them 15 to 20 min on each side instead of the full 30. It was served with mash potatoes and asparagus! Will cook it again
