I did exactly as the recipe said but the meat turned out to be so dry. :( My husband loved the sauce, so I'll give it two stars, but one star for me, unfortunately...

I made this tonight, based on the reviews, and this recipe was just bland. I only made two big chops, and let the entire thing sit in the sauce for an hour in the fridge before baking. I even added a clove of garlic, 1/4 cup chopped onion, and a tbsp of BBQ sauce to this recipe, and at most, it is just ok.

This marinade was ok. I ended up tripling it for 8 thin chops, but I had a little too much. I marinated for 7 hours. I also wish I added garlic and spices because it was kind of bland. I don't know why this has so many reviews. The ketchup and soy sauce was way too strong, so I don't think I'll be trying this again, but if I do I will half those ingredients.

The sauce was a hit. Not a lot of sauce if you follow the recipe though...I multiplied it by six and had sufficient sauce for six pork chops and some extra to pour over the rice. Pork chops were a little dry inside after an hour so I'll reduce the time a bit.
