I love these carrots! I doubled the recipe, using about 10 carrots. I didn't change any ingredients - just the method. I steamed the carrots, meanwhile I melted the buter brown sugar, etc. in a small sauce pan. When the carrots were done I put them in a serving dish, poured the butter mixed over them, and then gently tossed everything together. These were a big hit!
