Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon

Directions

  1. Place 1 in. of water in a saucepan; add carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir in syrup and tarragon.

Sorry, but this was just okay to us, but not as tasty as other carrot recipes. It is easy though.

The ingredients looked appealing, but it turned out to be too sweet. I will not make again.
