Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk ponzu, lime juice, sugar and pepper until sugar is dissolved. Add mango, jicama, green onion and cilantro; toss to combine.

Loved it! I added some red bell pepper for color, cut the brown sugar a tad, since my mangoes were so ripe. I will make this all summer long!
