Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring honey to a boil. Quickly beat in eggs. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until set.
