Original Recipe Yield 6 servings

Ingredients

1 cup honey
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 dash nutmeg
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

In a saucepan, bring honey to a boil. Quickly beat in eggs. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until set.
